01.Boundary Surveying
Accurate boundary surveys for residential, commercial and private land. We carry out detailed site surveys to accurately measure and record existing property boundaries, including fences, walls, hedges, buildings and other relevant features. Survey information can be compared against supplied Land Registry plans, title plans or deed drawings to help identify and clearly illustrate any differences. Following the survey, we can provide a professional CAD/PDF drawing showing the surveyed boundary
02.Construction Site Surveys
Providing detailed site surveys that include existing topography, elevation data, and site conditions to facilitate construction planning. This service helps developers and builders identify land features and plan projects efficiently. It ensures compliance with zoning regulations and reduces construction risks.
Payment Terms
A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking and before any survey work is undertaken.
The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion of the work and before the release of any final survey drawings, CAD files, reports or survey data.
